1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ostovum Financial LLP, a financial advisory and asset recovery firm registered in Canada with VAT number 912857402 RT 0001 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). 4. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CANADIAN LAW, OSTOVUM FINANCIAL LLP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms and our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or if you have not paid us, one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00).

We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information, analyses, or Services. You rely on our Services at your own risk.

5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Any information you disclose to us ("Client Information") will be treated as confidential and subject to applicable professional confidentiality obligations under Canadian law. We will not disclose Client Information to third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

All materials, reports, analyses, methodologies, software, and content developed or provided by Ostovum Financial LLP ("Our Materials") are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Our Materials without prior written permission from us.

Client Information remains your property. By providing it to us, you grant us a limited license to use such information solely for the purposes of delivering our Services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. 12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for resolution of any disputes.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements or statements of work between you and us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ostovum Financial LLP regarding our Services and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Ostovum Financial LLP.
